Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?+
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi typically receive orders in 2β3 business days. Other major cities take 3β5 business days, and remote or northern areas can take 5β7 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm β no hidden charges.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track anytime from our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address and we'll update it. Once it's out for delivery, changes aren't guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
How long do refunds take?+
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days via bank transfer or store credit for COD orders, and 5β7 business days back to the original payment method for card orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund β no return shipping charges apply.
Are all items eligible for return?+
Most items are, except used kitchen items that touched food, gardening consumables like seeds or soil, and items marked "Final Sale". These can only be returned if damaged or defective.
Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes, COD is available on almost every order across Pakistan. A courier representative may call to confirm your order before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery and major debit/credit cards and bank transfers through our secure checkout.
Is it safe to pay online on your site?+
Yes, all online payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your card details on our servers.
Products
Are your products covered by any warranty?+
Manufacturing defects are covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy for 7 days from delivery. Some product categories may carry a longer supplier warranty, which is noted on the individual product page.
Do product photos match what I'll receive?+
Yes, we photograph and describe every product ourselves before listing it. Minor colour variation can occur due to screen settings, but the item you receive will match the listing.
Will an out-of-stock item be restocked?+
Most items are restocked within a few weeks. You can message us on WhatsApp to ask about a specific product's restock timeline.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?+
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track past orders and re-order favourites.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to the account login page and select "Forgot password" β you'll receive a reset link on your registered email within a few minutes.
