We ship every order across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your city, but most orders reach customers within 3â7 business days of dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Every order goes through a quick quality check before it leaves our warehouse:
Order confirmed
You'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp/SMS right after checkout, or after a quick confirmation call for COD orders.
Packed & quality-checked
Orders are packed within 1â2 business days of confirmation.
Handed to courier
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Out for delivery
The courier will contact you before arrival for most cities.
Delivery Areas & Timelines
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time starts from the day your order is dispatched, not the order date:

Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and location:
- Free delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below PKR 5,000, shown at checkout before you confirm.
- No hidden charges â the amount you see at checkout is the final amount, including COD orders.
Cash on Delivery
Most of our customers pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), and we support it on almost every order across Pakistan. A courier representative may call to confirm your order before it's dispatched â please keep your phone reachable so we can avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp along with a link to track it in real time. You can also track any order anytime from our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While rare, delays can happen due to weather, courier network issues, or incorrect address details. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:
- Check your tracking link for the latest courier update.
- Message our support team with your order number â we'll follow up with the courier directly.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Packaging & Handling
Every item is carefully wrapped and boxed to survive transit â fragile kitchen and home pieces get extra padding, and gardening tools are secured to prevent shifting. If anything arrives damaged despite this, our Returns & Refunds Policy covers a free replacement or refund.
