We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how our 7-day return and refund process works.
How a return moves
Request
Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery from your account or Contact Us.
Approve
Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility within 24–48 hours.
Ship back
Pack the item securely and hand it to our rider or drop it at a courier point.
Inspect
We inspect the item to confirm it's unused and in original packaging.
Refund
Once approved, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.
Policy details
Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking page. Requests submitted after this window can't be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Eligibility & item condition
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the condition you received them
- In the original packaging, with tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by the order number or receipt
Non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Perishable goods (plants, seeds, soil, and fertilizers)
- Personal care and grooming items once opened
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance
- Gift cards
Damaged or wrong item received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Refund timeline & method
Once your returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, color, or product instead of a refund? Mention this when you submit your return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received.
Return shipping cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery. In those cases, we cover the cost of the return.
